How to Apply
How to apply to the MSCJ program at BGSU
Deciding on which graduate school is right for you is a big step. You probably have a lot of questions. The BGSU Admissions Advisors are here to help. Just call or e-mail us — we are happy to answer your questions.
3 steps to a successful application
Once you have made your decision, your Admissions Advisor will help you take the next steps towards applying to BGSU, and will simplify the process as much as possible.
Step 1 — Contact an Admissions Advisor at the number below and indicate that you are interested in applying to the MSCJ program. The Admissions Advisor will send you an application package and will explain the requirements.
Step 2 — Complete the application package as per the directions. Remember that if you have any questions in the process, you can call the Admissions Advisor for assistance.
Step 3 — Submit the completed application along with:
- The application fee ($30 USD, non-refundable);
- Three letters of recommendation;
- Graduate Record Examinations (GRE);
- The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) if your first language is not English; and
- Two official transcripts from each institution attended.
