Five Levels of Support
Find success with our multi-tiered support structure
As challenging as a graduate education from Bowling Green is, we are here to help you achieve academic success. We have developed a multi-tiered support structure for our online students, to help ensure they fulfill their academic potential.
As you complete your degree, you will receive support from the following professionals:
- Your Admissions Advisor will help you complete your application package and answer any questions you may have throughout the application process. The Admissions Advisor also monitors the status of your application and acts as a liaison with the Applications Committee on your behalf.
- Program Managers provide assistance — from the time you are accepted until graduation — with the various administrative aspects of your education, such as registration.
- Faculty prepare the course content, guaranteeing that it meets the exacting academic standards of BGSU and reflects the most up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge in that subject area. Faculty also work closely with small group instructors to ensure a seamless education.
- Small Group Instructors are your day-to-day contact and an essential link between you and faculty. They are specially trained to engage and challenge online students and encourage active participation.
- The Technical Support Team is at the ready 24 hours a day, every day of the year, to resolve any technology problems you may have. This guarantees that you maximize productive study time.
